Taking an Alcohol Course Online

The court ordered me to complete an alcohol education class. I figured that I might as well do it sooner than later so that I can return to my normal life and put this all behind me.

I was unable to find a class locally that fit into my schedule so the courts assured me I could take the class online as long as I had a certificate of completion. I found a reputable online alcohol class and signed up right away.

It was less expensive than the in person classes and far more convenient. It was actually interesting and I stayed up most of the night going through it. I personally liked how anonymous and confidential it was. What if someone I knew saw me in a the local class, I would have been very embarrassed.

Upon completion, I printed out my certificate and took it too the court. I feel so relieved to have my license back.

Now I Can Get to Work

I was able to take my 8 hour alcohol class online in just a few short nights before starting my job. I was so excited that I was finally going to be working in the court system. I had taken many legal classes in college, and I had applied for many different jobs, but to my dismay I did not get hired at any of them.

I was feeling very discouraged about my decision to take law as my major, when I finally got called by the court system to work as a legal transcriber. I was very excited. I was required to take an alcohol education class before I started, so I found a great class on the Internet and signed up right away.  It was inexpensive, and didn't take long to finish. I printed out the certificate of completion and was told to show up the following day at my new job.

I Enjoyed My Alcohol Awareness Class

I was impressed by how comprehensive the online 24 hour alcohol education course I took for my new job was. I was starting to work at a new law office and was encouraged by the prospect of working in a new place but was a little discouraged by all the requirements I had to go through before starting my job.

One of the requirements, was to take an online alcohol class. Initially, I wasn't happy about taking the class online, but since my job as paying for it and I could start immediately, I wanted to get through it quickly.

I found an online alcohol class that looked reputable and signed up right away. What surprised me, was how much I enjoyed the class. I learned a lot about substance abuse, drinking behavior and patterns, problems associated with drinking and the shocking DUI statistics. As a lawyer, these things were fascinating. The class was well written and incorporated videos as well. I also learned how much I "prejudge" situations and have decided to be more open and neutral.

Why I Had to Do Alcohol Awareness Classes

A few months ago I was at a party with some friends. I am of age to buy alcohol in the United States so I went by a grocery store and picked up several cases of beer to share with others at the party. There were a lot of people and we were all having a really good time.

Then the police officers showed up at the door. We figured it was just for a noise complaint but I guess there were underage drinkers at the party. The police officers had seen me walking in with the beer so they assumed I provided it to the underage drinkers.

If I had known there were underage kids there, I would never have gone to the party. I had to go to court and was convicted of supplying minors with alcohol. I was ordered to take and level 3 online alcohol education course as part of my sentence. Now I know better.

Alcohol Awareness Classes Can Change Your Life

I like to think that I am a responsible person. I go to work every day and I pay my bills on time. I don't lie or cheat or steal. I stay drug free and healthy except that I consider myself a wine connoisseur . I love studying wine, drinking wine, talking about wine, shopping for wine, tasting wine, etc. But now, I do it very responsibly and cautiously. I never drink and drive and hire a taxi service in advance if I go out. I don't let my friends drink and drive either. I will pay for their taxi if necessary, to keep them safe.

Throughout my twenties I was a bartender and I drank a lot more hard liquor. I never considered my drinking to be a big deal until I was arrested for a DUI. Part of my fine was to complete an online alcohol class. I was so ashamed that I took the 30 hour course.  I wasn't looking forward to it thinking it would be preachy and boring.

However, to my surprise it was exactly the opposite. I learned so many things that I never knew before, and it inspired me to look at my drinking behavior. In some ways I am glad I got that DUI. It changed my life for the better and I was spared a far worse experience.

Take Alcohol Awareness Classes to Take Control of Your Life

A teacher once said, "to get an acorn tree, plant an acorn seed." In other words, in order to accomplish your future goals, you have to take control and plant the right seeds in the present.

If alcohol has been a problem for you in your life, even causing legal problems, you have to do something now to alter your future. One place to start would be to take an alcohol awareness class. You can even start one today if you do it online.

Not only will taking an online alcohol class help you take more control of yourself, but you will feel better too. The classes range from an eight hour course to a twenty four hour course, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Make sure that you find an accredited business that offers world-class customer support, and has no hidden fees.

Afterwards, congratulate yourself on planting positive seeds that will grow positive trees.

How an Alcohol Awareness Class Helped Me

When I was younger, I started to drink quite a bit. My drinking really picked up in college, and I blacked out regularly. I thought it was cool, to not be able to remember an entire evening. Then I started to get in trouble because of my drinking. I was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI), which I didn't think was so cool, and wound up losing a job I really liked because of my drinking. My girlfriend dumped me and told me I was a loser.

My drinking began spiraling out of control and I got my third DUI. Not only did I lose my license for a year, but I had to take an alcohol awareness class.

At the time I was in survival mode, just trying to get through the day so to speak but honestly, I really learned a lot. I reminded me of my Dad who was an alcoholic and whose life was empty. I decided I didn't want to be a drunk and that I would stop drinking entirely.

It has taken a lot of endurance and strength to change by behaviors, but I have been clean for almost a year now, and I am much happier and life feels better.

My Class Was Quick and Easy

I had to complete an alcohol awareness class in order to start a new job. I was excited about this position at the hospital helping people who suffer from substance abuse. However, when I was hired for the job, I was unprepared for the number requirements I had to go through before I was actually able to start work.

One of the requirements was to complete a 24 hour online alcohol class. I was instructed to find the class on my own, complete it, then review it.  I turned to the Internet and found several sites that offered such classes. Some of the sites looked pretty cheesy so I found a site that had good information and looked professional. Even though the class cost more, I felt it was superior to the less expensive classes. I actually learned a lot and will recommend this class to my patients.

In fact, after my review of the class and my suggestion to use it for educational purposes, my new boss already complimented me on my initiative and good ideas.

I Can Take My Courses Online

I plan to take an alcohol awareness class in order to fulfill it for my employment purposes. I figured that I would do the courses online because that is really the most convenient and cost effective way to satisfy this requirement.

I understand that the sooner I complete it, the sooner I can regain my position at my job, so there is no reason for me to delay. I am very happy that I won't have to drive to a class that could take several weeks.  The online course will also send a certificate of completion immediately upon finishing so I can return to work as quickly as possible.

While my immediate need is to get back to work, I've also decided to take this course as the next step towards a better life. I've been going down an unhealthy path that in all honesty, does not feel good. The online class feels like a good place to start.

Make Money Faster by Taking an Alcohol Awareness Class

How, you might ask, does learning about alcohol, drugs and addiction possibly turn into a way to make yourself money? Seems more like a waste of time, doesn't it?

Well the truth of the matter is that if you have a problem with alcohol and drugs, you are probably spending a lot of time with those activities (being high, drunk or hungover) than you are trying to better yourself. The great thing about a drug and alcohol awareness class is that you will learn about the harmful effects that drugs and alcohol have on your body (including the brain). You will also be given techniques to stop drinking and using drugs.

Once you have shrugged the drug and alcohol demon off your back you are free to focus on what you really want to do. Not only will you save money that is not being spent on alcohol and drugs, but you will open yourself to your true goals and ambitions. That is your personal success and the ability to make money for yourself!

Information About Alcohol Awareness Classes

Alcohol classes can be found online and in formal classroom settings. The type of setting that an individual chooses will often depend on their personal preference and situation. The information that is contained in these alcohol classes will provide the student with information about how alcohol affects them personally, how it affects their family and friends as well as the community as a whole.

Although many people may not realize all of the consequences surrounding the abuse of alcohol, these classes can concentrate on the details of what occurs when alcohol is being misused. The effects of alcohol can range from the person having anger management problems when under the influence to drunk driving, which is the cause of many fatalities.

These classes are also promoted on college and university campuses since common social trends involve large amounts of students drinking heavily at parties and other types of social events.

Important to Have Alcohol Awareness Classes

A friend of mine was a heavy drinker after the death of his sister and quickly became an alcoholic that needed help for his drinking and unresolved grief. Hi life spiraled out of control rapidly and he became more and more self destructive.

One night, when I thought he was ready to get help I suggested he take an alcohol awareness class and try support group meetings.

He was upset by my suggestions but the following day, he called to say he'd enrolled in an online alcohol class. I thought this was good because he took some initiative and could do the class in his own time. During the next week, we sat together and discussed the class. He seemed to get a lot out of it. He admitted that he needed help and, "couldn't continue going down the road he was on". He liked the online class because it addressed many issues and didn't, "make him feel guilty".

I admit that it took some time and hard work on his part, but he got better and has given up drinking completely. He seems to have turned his life around and reports feeling healthier and happier than before. The only problem now is that he seems to have a milk addiction haha. I guess some people will never truly change.

Alcohol Abuse and Being Informed with an Alcohol Class

It does not matter where a person lives, social status or the job title that they hold, alcohol abuse can be a major problem and issue in anyone's life. This problem impacts young children, teenagers, adults, and elderly persons as well. It can destroy the lives of those who drink as well as the family members who love them.

Alcohol is a social drug and used in many social and even religious gatherings such as weddings, retirement parties, sporting events, Valentines day, etc. Alcohol is not only used socially, but it is often used throughout the week to  unwind from work or celebrate with friends.

Alcohol use is so normalized that it can be difficult to discern who has a serious problem. This is a great reason to take an alcohol awareness class. If you think you or someone you love may be using alcohol too frequently or uncontrollably, taking a class online can help to provide valuable information that they may need.

Learning about alcohol abuse and alcoholism is crucial so people become more aware of their own behaviors with regards to drinking as well as the devastating consequences of letting it get out of control. In a culture of indulgence, it is best to start with good habits.

These Alcohol Awareness Classes Are Teaching Me a Lot

I have been sober for six months since my angry outburst. I was charged with simple assault against people who love me and were trying to intervene in my alcoholism. Now I have to finish alcohol awareness classes as ordered by the sentencing judge to complete this program. If I manage to stay out of trouble for another 18 months after the classes, I will have completed the two years of probation and my record will be expunged.

I made the mistake of falling into the alcohol trap that so many of my relatives before me have fallen into. It is in our genes to be drawn to alcoholism. Every male and many female members in my family tell me that they have to actively choose every day not to drink. The temptation is powerful. It is not an easy road but I do not want to die like my father, uncles, two aunts and grandfather did. All of them died as a result of alcohol induced diseases or accidents.

To my surprise, the alcohol awareness classes are teaching me much more than I expected. I am taking a class online which allows me to go at my own pace. Because it is online, no one is judging me and I don't feel ashamed. It feels good to learn about alcoholism and what I can do to change my life. I especially like the mindfulness work because it has helped me face myself without criticism but greater awareness. Now I am more conscious of my decisions and my behavior.
